Can I add Intelligence Modules to Essentials? +
No. AI Intelligence Modules are available on Professional and above only. Essentials is designed for smaller operations that need structured issue management without the advanced AI layer.
How do employee bands work? +
Professional includes up to 50 employees. If you have more, you’re billed a flat monthly add-on based on the band your total falls into — not per-seat. Professional Plus includes 250 employees with its own band structure going up to 2,500.
How do additional locations work? +
Each additional location beyond your base is $50/month on Professional (max 15 total) or $40/month on Professional Plus (max 100 total). Each location gets its own issue queue, team, and routing rules while remaining connected to your central dashboard.
Is Professional Plus included in the Intelligence Suite? +
Yes — the Relay Intelligence Suite (all five AI modules) is included in Professional Plus at no additional cost. On Professional, the suite is available as a $199/month add-on.
Is there a long-term contract? +
No contracts. Plans bill monthly and can be adjusted or canceled at any time. Annual billing with a discount is available — contact us for details.
What happens to my data if I don’t subscribe after the trial? +
After the 14-day trial, you enter a 30-day grace period. If you still haven’t subscribed after that, your organization’s trial data is permanently deleted. Subscribe at any point before that to retain everything.
